Shipping policy

Items
If your package arrives with missing or damaged items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following for faster assistance:
* Order number
* Photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged
* Photos of the item itself (if damaged)
* Description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

Note about Minor Packaging Damage
We package all NanoFleet products with care, but sometimes the packages can get scuffed during transit. If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is completely fine, it will not qualify for a refund or replacement. If you have any concerns, feel feel to contact us at support@nanofleet.com.

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier first. After that, send us the carrier's proof of loss or claim confirmation. Claims for missing packages marked as delivered are only eligible within 7 days of the delivery date.

Order Modifications
If you need to change your order (address, product, quantity), you may request a modification within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing or in transit and changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 Business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. If you have questions, our support team is always here to help at support@nanofleet.com.
